Please be advised if students want to use the Astro turf for extra curricular activities including break and lunch time we advise they change into trainers and not wear their school shoes
Extra Curricular Sport Timetable
Our PE Department and co-professionals endeavour to deliver extra curricular activities including fixtures and competitions with other schools in the borough. Full PE kit should be worn to all clubs. Below is an up-to-date timetable. Please bear in mind that there are no school bus services available to students when the clubs finish
The PE department’s aim is for all students to maximise their learning in every PE lesson they attend. With this in mind, the following policy is in place and we ask that all parents are aware of this and support us. We also understand that mitigating circumstances can affect our students’ attainment. It is quite often the case that PE Kit is a barrier to learning. On occasion, we will accept incorrect kit as a one-off but this will still incur a behaviour log. Where possible, we will provide students with a kit (spare kit or through Pupil Premium funding). We also ensure we communicate effectively with parents and carers whilst being considerate of individual circumstances. Our policy is robust and clearly communicated to all students.
