After school sports clubs - PE department: Students must have PE kit to attend an after school club. Clubs are from 3.10-4.10pm. If you have any questions regarding after school PE clubs please contact Mrs Angove, Head of PE, via email at: jennifer.angove@wernethschool.com
Please be advised if students want to use the Astro turf for extra curricular activities including break and lunch time we advise they change into trainers and not wear their school shoes

It has been pleasure to welcome students back to PE this year. Thank you for helping your child get organised with their PE kit – the large majority of students are looking really smart, and it’s fantastic to see them turning up ready to take part.
We’ve attached a copy of our PE Kit Policy so you can keep it handy. If you ever have any worries or questions, please feel free to drop your child’s PE teacher an email – we’re always happy to help.
Just a reminder: if your child is feeling unwell or can’t take part physically, they’ll still be involved in the lesson in another role (like helping with scoring, coaching, or supporting their team). Please still send them in with their kit so they can join in.
You’ll also find our Extra-Curricular Timetable attached. Everyone is welcome – it would be great to see as many students as possible getting involved in the clubs and activities we offer.
